Plans have been submitted to Rossendale Borough Council for a new solar panel system at a property in Rawtenstall. The project, led by Allister Kemp, aims to harness renewable energy using Aiko Stellar 1N+ 645W dual-glass panels, which are praised for both efficiency and durability. The panels will be mounted on aluminium ground-screw frames, chosen for their stability and suitability for the site’s uneven ground.
