Lancashire County Council has issued a draft Traffic Regulation Order (TRO), reference LSG4/894.21217/AFR, outlining new parking restrictions across Rossendale. The order, released on 26 September 2025, focuses on Whitworth, Helmshore and Haslingden. The consultation is open until 24 October 2025, giving residents and businesses the opportunity to have their say.
